Saturday spinning update: Spunky Eclectic

I started spinning my Spunky Eclectic Merino Handpainted Combed Top (colourway Boogie Woogie) on my Kundert spindle during the Tour de Fleece, but I didn’t quite finish. This week I spun up the last quarter and plied it on the Kundert.

I’ve ended up with 105 grams of a squishy 4 ply yarn that’s about 140 yards. I also plied up the remaining singles & made a tiny skein (20+ yards) of a 2 ply yarn just for fun.

I really don’t know how I’m going to find time to spin anything in the next couple of weeks. I’ve got knitting deadlines, plus there’s the whole moving thing. The moving date is still more than a week away. Of course there are less than two weeks to go, so time is running out for packing. I must go pack a few more boxes this afternoon!
