One set of needles recovered!

I’ve got my 4mm Signature circular needles back! I finally cast off Emily 2. Here’s a couple of rough pictures:

She’ll soon get all blocked out so you can see the pretty beads and the lovely pointy border, and then I’ll take some proper pictures. I do have to clear off the spare bed so that I can do that. I’m just so happy to have this project off the needles.

I started this shawl as part of a KAL ages ago. Apparently it was in early April 2011. Good grief. I really failed the “along” part of the “knit along”.

I love the feel of this fabric. I’d love to work with Sundara Fingering Silky Merino again.  I think this shawl has a lot of potential, but the colour’s not something I’m in love with. The verdict’s out until blocking’s done.

Don’t worry, sweetie. There are folks who won’t ever finish the project attached to that along. *L*

It’s looking lovely and I look forward to seeing her blocked.

Yay for you!!!!! I recently recovered two sets as well. I cheated and frogged. :) Regardless it felt like a nice clean slate of wonderfulness. Cant wait to see your shawl blocked!
