Knitting in progress

I’m knitting on a few things I can’t really give you details on yet, but here’s something I can show. I’m working on a Roosimine sock as a demo object for the Roositud class I’m teaching at an upcoming retreat:

This is a free pattern on Ravelry, so it’s have at it, if you’re interested. So far so good. The problem is that I’ve done what I consider to be the fun bits and now I’ve got to turn the heel and knit the foot. I’m mulling over the idea of turning it into a fingerless glove just to be done a little more quickly!

Cute. It’s hard to come up with small “takeaway” projects from retreats and classes, isn’t it?
